The 23th SPIEF has been held between June 6 and June 8 in Saint Petersburg. Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Bulgarian President Vladimir Radev, Armenian Prime Minister Vladmir Pashinyan, Slovak Prime Minister Alexander Peleglini, UN Secretary-general Antonio Guterres and other officials attended the meeting.
Founded in 1997, the SPIEF has been successfully hold for 22 years. It is now the most important international economic forum in Russia as well as the significant meeting platform for leaders of new economies. With the continuous development of relationship between China and Russia, China has become the important participant of the SPIEF. This year is the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia. Hence, China is the guest of honour of the forum this time.
Board Chairman Lin Chenghai of Harvest Holdings was invited to participate the forum with national leaders. Being as the representative of Chinese enterprises, Chairman Lin said that it is not only a honour, but also a responsibility to enhance the international business cooperation and communication.
